A total Solar Eclipse occurs on July 11 and a doorway to the next level of consciousness and creativity will briefly open.  Walk thru or lose the opportunity this offers you; why would you waste time waiting for the next one?  An extended aspect, Saturn in Libra, starts July 21 and lasts till early Fall bringing with it issues of balancing home and career…or love and money.  Decisions you make may have long-term affect so make them wisely.  Jupiter Retrogrades from July 23 to Mid-Fall and may urge you to purge those things that do not add to your overall well-being.  In this case as well, choose those things you keep and those you let go wisely.  The last week of July is busy with aspects that both inspire or defeat dependant on how you use the energy.  Jupiter Squares Pluto fueling ambition or building resistance; Mercury Opposes Neptune charging imagination and ideas or causing confusion with lack of direction; Mercury enters Virgo bringing focus of purpose or narrowed vision; Mars enters Libra energizing individuality or inflating ego; Mars Conjuncts Saturn supporting precision and efficiency or stifling anger and ambition.  What should you do?  To be successful seek balance between aggression and self-control, use discipline in all activities…and have fun out there.  



Aries (March 21 – April 19)
Aries’ are not known for their conservative outlook on life – you know you’ve got it going on and as this year progresses you’ll find that your appetite for the unusual gets stronger.  You seek knowledge and experience but others may see your need to keep moving as selfish and self-serving.  They only want to know where they stand in your quest for stardom so to keep them happy and supportive of you (which you do need) make sure they know you have every intention of taking them with you.  No one wants to feel like they’re being left behind.  If they show you their affection by fussing over you and your life on the road, let them do it.  It’s one of the few things that doesn’t cost money…and they can’t help themselves; resistance is futile.  

Taurus (April 20 – May 20)
Venus and Mars sing in perfect harmony in your sign after the New Moon of the 11th.  Relationships within the group, with management and on a personal level become easier allowing you to move seamlessly between all concerned.  You feel loving towards all…even the ones who willfully move against you and your progress.  Aries’, Leos, and Sagittarius’ openly support any changes you want to make, and or suggestions you have for improving the show, recordings or promotional directions…as long as you make it seem like it was their idea in the first place.  

Gemini (May 21 – June 20)
No surprises here, you are the classic split personality and this month both sides are activated.  Friendships, business partnerships and group dynamics are in transition and as much as you are comfortable with change you are uncomfortable with change you feel you did not initiate or cannot control.  There are new possibilities and ventures to replace the ones that are on the way out but at what cost?  Often your classic response when threatened is criticism but this should be avoided; step back, take a break with both sides of your personality – business and emotional.  Is there a winner in this situation?  Time will tell which Inner Twin was advising you correctly.  

Cancer (June 21 – July 22)
The planets above are providing you with a stage set for fun, work, and play.  Wherever you’re going and whoever you’re performing with – you’re going to have a real good time.  Sounds great doesn’t it?  It will be if you remember to take care of yourself while you’re out there; yes the boring stuff like food, exercise and rest.  If something comes up that sounds too good to be true it probably will be.  Explore it but don’t bank it or on it.  

Leo (July 23 – August 22)
These are good times to start something new.  Venus continues thru your sign making you the star attraction wherever you go…and at the most unlikely of gatherings.  Just where did you get off to after the gig?  Even with the open adoration you’re experiencing you may find that something’s missing; is it in you, around you, or have your goals and aspirations disappeared.  Don’t underestimate the value of some down time which is really just another way of saying take some time to inspect your own inner workings.  How will they know what to do for you if you don’t know what to do for yourself?

Virgo (August 23 – September 22)
June’s drama continues and this is fine with you; on occasion you like a little theatricality – it runs through your veins.  Mars is going to push you to the edge of your comfort zone and force decisions – maybe big ones – on some issues you’ve been avoiding.  From the New Moon of the 11th to August 7th Venus will assist you in forming and cementing new relationships both on stage and off.  

Libra (September 23 – October 22)
In your effort to maintain balance at all costs you will be tempted to be all things to all people.  Trouble with that is that you can then become overrun by the negativity that others dump on you.  Performers are passionate people and there’s bound to be turmoil and at times downright nastiness (you know its true) between group members.  They might shine on stage feeling better because you lightened their load by listening but what about you?  Console if you must but don’t carry everyone else’s burdens.

Scorpio (October 23 – November 21)
This is a very good month for dealing with small money matters and health issues or anything else you’ve been putting off.  From the New Moon of the 11th to the Full Moon of the 25th you may have to remind yourself that others often don’t get your special brand of humor.  The Earth Signs of Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn will, but the rest will be shocked by your bluntness.  Oh, well.  You’ll never have to apologize for the level of skill and passion you bring to the gig but you might have to smooth some ruffled feathers.  It’ll be uncomfortable to say you’re sorry but it won’t actually kill you...no matter what you think.  

Sagittarius (November 22 – December 21)
Is it Summer yet?  You’ve been looking forward to this since the beginning of the year.  Travel, in fact movement of any kind is favored.  Gigging on the other side of town is going to feel like a holiday vacation you are that much in to it.  You want to move your wardrobe up a notch as well and believe completely in the look good/feel good connection.  You also want to do something completely different…more than an acoustic set…maybe a genre you’re unaccustomed to.  Whatever you do different, you’ll be glad you did.  

Capricorn (December 22 – January 19)
You may have difficulty expressing yourself before the New Moon of the 11th.  What you say and what you get (aka what they heard) are not going to meet centre stage…not at all.  Give yourself some credit; give yourself some space and try a little inner tenderness and things will smooth themselves out.  Mars & Venus in Virgo makes you more possessive – think equipment & people.  You’ll reach your goal if you remain steadily committed.  

Aquarius (January 20 – February 18)
Venus exerts pressure on your sign until July 11th.  Until then your usual uncanny sixth sense about others is severely compromised.  Do not schedule any kind of audition process and this applies to both sides of the table.  You’ll neither pick the right person for the group nor understand what it is that they want if you’re trying out for something yourself.  Anything like that, give it a complete pass for now.  If you have doubts go to your mentor and then truly listen to what they have to say.  

Pisces (February 19 – March 20)
You tend to move smoothly from project to project but this month, in particular the last week, could slow you down.  Bear with it but don’t try to force the outcome you want.  Instead – leave town.  If you already have tour plans good, if not then get out there and see what’s cooking.  Helping others to reach their goals is admirable but should not be entertained unless it was your idea originally.  Give them advice if they ask, but the “doing” actually has to come from them.
